Evergreen Community Studios!
Supporting our mandate of giving back to the community and strengthening our ties with Calgary’s arts community, Evergreen is proud to manage these vibrant community arts spaces. Two spacious studios and a black box theatre, as well as leased offices for theatre, photography, television and dance companies, are offered to the Calgary community at very affordable rates.

Evergreen Community Studios offers three spacious professional studios for hourly rent.
The Yellow and Red Studios are between approximately 900-1100 sq ft.
The Blue Studio, which also doubles as a black box theatre, is approximately 1,100 sq ft PLUS a seating area for up to 60 people! |

It's Studio Madness!!
If you need studio space on short notice to practice, rehearse, perform, or dance in , drop by Evergreen Theatre's Community Studio space or call us at 403.228.1384 THE DAY OF and if there is a studio available you only pay $15/hour! It's Madness! Valid Mon-Fri 10am-5pm, cash up front, rate only available the day of.

Rental Terms:
- Rental Agreement must be signed
- Rentals require a refundable deposit
- Late payment fees apply
- Time is booked to the half hour, with a minimum time of 1 hour
- All Rates are GST exempt
- For a cancellation, Evergreen requires 15 business days notice,
if less than 15 days are given, 50% of time booked will be invoiced
- Client will be billed for any time booked and not used
- Cashable deposit and signed agreement required for every booking
- Bookings are invoiced monthly

How do I get to the Community Arts Centre by car?
- Take the Flanders Ave exit off of Crowchild Tr.
- Head pass the Security entrance
- Drive until you get to the 4-way stop and turn right
- Drive all the way down until the Tee intersection then turn right
- Continue onward, the Community Arts Center is the big brick building on your right side
- Turn right again in front of the building and head into the parking area
How do I get to the Community Arts Centre by bus?
You may catch the 20 Northmount bus from the Brentwood Train station, or
the 18 Mount Royal from along 6th Avenue downtown or Mount Royal College!
